Idaho enhanced concealed carry classes start at 9 am at Glenns Ferry Frontsite Shooters Club
The first 4 hours will be lecture. Then there be 4 hours of gun training at the range.
There will be time after the class to fill out all the necessary paperwork and forms.
PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. Do not bring any ammunition to the class room. You are required to bring your pistol to the gun range and a copy of your Driver’s License to class.
Bring a BLACK pen and note pad if you wish to take notes.
Fees: Idaho Enhanced CWL initial application $75.00 + $5.00 (APPROXIMATE COSTS) finger prints paid at the time of application to your local Sheriff Office.
During the course you will be exposed to the following aspects of carrying a concealed firearm:
Idaho legal aspects of carrying a concealed firearm and use of firearm in defense of self and others
Firearm ownership responsibilities
Safe Handling of a firearm
Basics of Defense Shooting
Combat mindset
Drawing of a concealed weapon
There will be homework required before the class starts.
There are many states that will recognize the Idaho enhanced concealed firearm permit.

Equipment needed prior to class, gun ( .380 caliber or larger must be able to conceal), holster, 150 rounds of ammunition, mag pouch, stiff belt that fits the holster and magazine pouch, hat, jacket for concealment, 3 mags (minimum), eye and ear protection.
