HSS we will treat the bare metal with Oxpho-Blue Cold Bluing. If no treatment is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. HSS is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.
Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.
Screws supplied are (2) #6-32
We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.
If you purchase new sights from us we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
This cut does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)
Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g. If you do NOT use the sealing plate it will void the Trijicon warranty.
